Utah Joins California, Colorado, and Virginia in Enacting A Comprehensive Privacy Law with Connecticut Set to Follow.  This week, let’s consider the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (“UCPA”), adopted in March, along with Connecticut’s Act Concerning Personal Data Privacy and Online Monitoring, which is expected to soon be signed by the governor.
